Original Comment Just wanted to let you know how disgusted I am with your business practice. My account has been on hold at the Folsom, Ca location, and I pay the monthly fee no questions asked, even during the covid shutdowns when the gym has been closed. My issue now is, last month they charged me a full months membership, after the gym was open for TWO DAYS, and now they just charged another full month on July 1st. So far all anyone has been able to tell me is that I can cancel my membership with a 30 day notice so I'll be paying for another month as well. Keep in mind I haven't gone to the gym one single time. I can barely afford to put food on the table right now during all this and this is how you treat your customers. Absolutely disgusting and shameful and I will be taking every outlet necessary to get this exposed.
