Original Comment Tried to get your service but after excessive busy and multiple calls to get through had to talk to 2 agents and neither could help. Kept getting transfers and could not get help. Supervisor busy and took over 20 minutes. I finally got the manager and was telling him where I had problems and he hung up on me. My complaint is all I'm trying to do is get satellite on my RV and give your company revenue for it but after 20 minutes trying to get in to transfers no one being able to help me being offered more run around transfers finally getting a manager so I can get to the right department and he hangs up on me and I didn't even raise my voice or get rude. You can thank your front line that Hughes will now get my revenue.
