Original Comment one of essurance insured hit my car on july 12 and today is the 17th, i still have not had anyone to contact me.my husband and myself have called the claims manager assigned by the name seretha Aiikens and this lady, has had no decency to call back. i went yo the emergency room and prior to that, i had had a surgery. she does not really care. what a company. i use my car for delivery and pickup and they really dont give a damn
