Original Comment I bought a bedroom set.I was ordering dresser,chest,2 night stands, headboard, draws under the bed.I was told,I would receive everything.on delivery I received 2 night stands, draws would not close.the chest had a black mark and a chip on the top draw.we revieved the head board, bed frame mattress.no draws for under the bed. No dresser. I saw on my order no dresser, but a mirror for a dresser, I ask the sells girl .She told me the mirror and dresser come together.The 2nd delivery was only draws for under the bed. No dresser. Those draws do not work.I called about the dresses and was told I will have to order one and pay more for the dresser. It cast over 6000.00 without a dresser.The dresser is more then 600.00. The delivery men were very nice and helpful. Demarian Williams Ashley furniture service tech was given the wrong phone number. He called the number he was given. A lady answered and said her bedroom set did not need fixed, it is ok. I called asking what time he was to come . When I learned I missed the appointment, With service tech.The service tech,worked hard. He should have had help with the headboard. He checked the furniture very well and fixed what he could.I will never buy anything from Ashley. I will tell everyone not to buy from Ashley.I want American made.<br /> We are both seniors.We are handycap,on oxygen. He is a 2 time Vietnam veteran with a purple heart.We feel everyone should get what they pay for. We give Ashley 0 !
