Original Comment Since the pandemic and the gym reopened a lot of the perks are no longer available, but the facility still charges us full price which is absurd. Gym is no longer 24 hours, unable to use steam room, hot tub and sauna. Those things alone are what I come for. Husband and kids are unable to play basketball and that is what brought them to this facility. Members should pay a portion of their membership due to facility hours and quite a few things not being open since it effects members a lot.
