The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I purchased a pro-form 2000 on June 29. I paid in full. I have gotten no information from them about where my treadmill is and when I can expect it to be delivered. I spent an hour and a half on hold (for the third time!!) with them last week to be told that the shipping company is who I should be calling to find out when it's going to be delivered. So I spent another 45 minutes on hold with the shipping company who told me they don't have the treadmill. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I should be able to click on the order to see what the status is and where it is. I should not have to make multiple phone calls and spend hours on hold. I get that we are in the midst of a pandemic but we ordered a NordicTrack elliptical and got that within two weeks back in April. At this point I feel like I have been ripped off. I don't even want the treadmill anymore. I called the corporate office only to be transferred to the operator who is not available.
