After being a loyal Customer of Lens Crafter for many years they have shown me they care NOTHING about my loyalty or retaining my business. Not only that there is no way to even speak with a representative to try and resolve the issue. The store manager is no help and gives the most ridiculous reasons why my glasses have failed for the third time with the pass year. So why should I continue to invest my money and time with a company that refuses to honor its commitment to quality and service. If there is anyone hiding in their office that wants to try and keep my business please give me a call or email me a number I can call you.
