Original Comment I will never step foot in my Ralphs again. I have shopped in Ralphs Culver City and Overland and Jefferson for many many years. Number one they are not taking care of their clients there is no washing down of the carts. None of the checkout counters are ever sprayed or washed after anybody. I sent my son to the market because I am afraid of going into the markets. I gave him cash the bill was 525 he gave them six dollars. We don't give change the person said. There was no notification when you went in only when you're checking out. Why don't you round it off so that you lose the quarter not me losing $.75. For a market that I had such confidence in, You people should be ashamed of yourself the way you are treating loyal customers check my card and you'll see how much money I have spent in that store over the years. Not that you really care what's one more customer gone
