Original Comment I have not eaten Arby's in about 3 years and after my visit this evening I realized why it has taken me so long... my food was missing from my bag, I was Not given a receipt at the drive-through, so when I called about my food that was missing I was told next time I need to have a receipt, what am I supposed to do crawl through the window and get my own receipt this is ridiculous the worst experience I have ever had at a drive-through restaurant. I don't know what kind of business you guys are running but I'm sure it'll take me three more years to ever go back to your restaurant again
