Original Comment sunday the worker at Ralphs forget to put my pack of 12 soda in the cart and when I got home I notice it I go to same Ralphs at la crescenta store 2675 foothill blvd today and ask the manager (Judy) I am not sure about the name but one of worker said talk to Judy manager ,if is possible check the camera and I said don't have resid but I did by with my bank card ,her answer was no and while I was talking to her she walked away she was so rude .I am working too so I know how manager should be and how talking to 26 years member and take care the customers .I will not going back to that store..never customer service zero from manager
