Original Comment I can't believe that I was told that I couldn't be help at the time, when I am trying to report that someone used my card without my authorization. <br /> The customer service person told me that I had to wait until the money was taking out before anything could be done. This is the reason for my call, the money was taking out. I not understand why my card wasn't just blocked and I was sent another card. So now I am too afraid to load more money because the person my do it again since they my feel like they got away with it. I used my card to pay bills, it will mess me up. She also gave me the phone number to the place, no one never answer the phone.
