Original Comment I've been going to the Pearl Vision on route one in Saugus for over five years and they have always been a pleasant place to go. A week ago I received a phone call and told me the policy has change and they were very rude on the telephone. I went in today to speak to the manager and she was just Unhelpful and rude! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on
