Original Comment I had purchased bifocals and pc glasses from Pearl Vision on Miller Rd in Flint Michigan. After dealing with a messed up prescription, I had gone back to get them adjusted. After the adjustment, tge following morning as I was going to a Dr appointment, I tried the redone prescription and they were quite blurry for long distance vision. The franchise manager helped me out fine tuning them. Working odd hours with my job, and only having specific days off, I called them ob 10/3/20, at 4:53, and going by the time they close on Google, I asked if they were open until 6. She said they close at 5. I have been in dire need of my new glasses for a couple of months, and she said that she could wait until 3 minutes after 5, which would have been impossible to get there by then, and I was very frustrated. I need my damn glasses. I payed for them, they messed up twice, and now I have to wait until my next day off. I am not very happy at all, and I doubt if I ever use Pearl Vision again. I am a very disappointed customer.
