Original Comment To CEO:<br /> The service at your LensCrafters store located at 630 Old Country Road in Garden City, NY has been less than satisfactory. I ordered my glasses on September 9, 2020, I was informed by the young lady that assisted me ( Ashlee) that they would ready In 10 to 14 days, well needless to say it has been 4 weeks and no glasses. When I visited the store after numerous call that they were waiting for the lab, I got excuse after excuse, after speaking to one of the managers Nicole, she assured me that thre glasses were probably int transit, but that she was going to place another order and she was putting a rush, well that was 2 weeks ago, and no call and no glasses. When you call the store , they put you hold and hang the phone. This is not the service I expected from a company like LensCrafters, could you please look into this matter, and me a call with an update . Sincerely Mrs. Nieves.
