Original Comment I brought a Westinghouse Electric water heater last May 2019, it caught on fire October 1, 2020 I contacted Westinghouse customer service they had me take pictures and email the pictures, after doing this they said that they can start a claim which they want it receipt more pictures and the plumber that put the water heater in. I just got this water heater today and I have been without hot water since 1 October. Customer service is terrible. I think that they should have gave me a store credit since I bought it at Home Depot to purchase a hot water heater there instead they sent it on a freight truck that took almost 2 weeks to get here. I will never buy a hot water heater or anything else from Westinghouse terrible customer service.
