Original Comment I have been a customer of (now) Food Lion whem it was Ketner's' then Food Town; a period of non-compete; and now Food Lion (am 85 yrs old, do not drive, must use a cane and/or walker/ I do enjoy 'shopping in the grocery (usually several times a month-could order but enjoy seeing 'what is new', etc. Several days ago, I discovered the drop-off parking area at Food Lion, South Church St., Burlington, NC has been barracaded; I understand your problem with customers ignoring 'no parking'; however, your solution creates REAL problems for individuals (handicapped) and I question whether emergency vehicles can access the store and this area if necessary. You may wish to 'rethink' your current solution-Please!
