Original Comment Two years ago I walked into Bloomingdale's with the attached receipt and card while trying to return a piece of jewelry that was bought for me. The clerk scratch the numbers off and said that Bloomingdale's didn't recognize the card. You will see on the receipt that there is proof of card was given to me. I initially went in with the purchaser of this piece of jewelry. I wrote to your office two years ago and never heard anything. I have been quite ill for some time and am getting back to details that matter such as this. This card sits in my drawer unused. I would like to follow up on this matter once and for all. So unfair.
