Original Comment National Association of insurance commissioners <br /> <br /> AZ corporate commission <br /> <br /> Federal Trade Commission<br /> <br /> These are the 3 agencies I will be filing a formal complaint with today for my complaints being completely blown off by your customer service representatives! They are a joke. I have been lied to, more than once, which caused a huge issue for me financially. I have messages and recorded calls proving not one, but TWO of your representatives lied to me. And the supervisor who tried to argue with me and basically blow me off, even after I called her on it and demanded she listen to the recorded calls.... I have been defrauded by this company and they couldn't care less. So I will file my formal complaints today requesting investigations from each agency.
