Original Comment HughesNet is ridiculous. We had to get a buisness account, since we're all stuck in our homes due to Covid. HughesNet (we thought) we our only option and the best, from the speeds they promised. But, so far we've have .5 upload speed, and barley him 1Mbps download speed.<br /> We've tried calling and trying to cancel to have them run us in circles and transfers us around to different departments who ask the same questions and give us the same responses. I finally got fed up and demanded to get a corporate email so I could handle this on a much more professional and efficient manner. Come to find out, they don't have an email, except for 'Advance Billing'. Now I'm left with a fax number and a mail address to send all my paperwork to, demanding cancelation with refusal to pay the $800 fee they're trying to get from us.
