Original Comment I have had the pleasure of patronizing Bojangles (various locations) over the last several years. I must say that store #770 is by far the worse I have experienced to date. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, including the management. I visited the store today and a handful of chicken boxes fell on the floor, the cashier proceeded to pick them up and add them to the pile for staff to fill up for customers. In light of the climate and the pandemic, this is absolutely unacceptable. To top it off, I complained about my food and the manager proceeded to act as if she could not speak English. However, that quickly changed once she came into contact with one of her Hispanic customers. Suddenly, she became very fluent in English. I guess you get what you pay for.
