Original Comment Ordered online at the Monroeville, Pa store for curbside delivery: after arrival the hostess over the telephone stated that they do not do curbside: after speaking to the manager stated that the Monroeville location does not do curbside but agreed to do so. After 10 minutes he arrives at my vehicle to inform me that he does not have an order matching the order or the name. After much to do no meal no refund: this occurred on the 12th of November: today is November 16th no food no refund. I have never heard of no one at the local or corporate level trying to resolve an issue: after calling the local restaurant again the manager informed me that he could not refund my money or serve my meal I'm going to the media
