Original Comment Purchased our Thermador Frig in April 2020 $9500. Had to replace the stainless steel freezer panel.marred finish. In August had fan nois, build upof ice and dripping of ice in frig comparment. Service recommended defrost frig for 6-8 hours. We did defrost 4x to insure correction. Did not solve issue. Thermador assigned a third party repairer( 10/15/2020 Nutter Appl . They recommended replacement of 3 parts, computer, heater and a sensor. Two parts are back ordered ..1 eta on 12/16 the other no date available<br /> <br /> Help! Since August( 3 months) we begin and end each day wiping down the ice drippings in the frig compartment <br /> Would like a replacement of unit or a refund <br /> Please advise Thermador model T36BB920SS FD 9906 ref phone # 8584855207
