Original Comment My cellphone was stolen on November 8th and because Simple Bank does not log you out of your account after a certain length of time the thief was able to go into my Simple account and transfer $1591 out of my account! I went and got a new phone within hours and had the old phone deactivated, but not quickly enough. Since Simple only work until 4 PM I had to call the next day to report the theft. After two days they closed the investigation saying there was nothing wrong and no further investigation or credit would be done and I was welcome to call the other bank to dispute the charges. Then Simple closed my account for no reason!
