Original Comment I called AAA yesterday at 6:30 am, to ask that a locksmith come to my home since my fob Key was locked in the car with engine on. They gave me estimated time at 8:15am. I kept calling and reassuring them my key was in the ignition with the car on. 8:15 can and went and no one came. The worker called my phone asking if I heard from anyone and I said no. The three people I spoke to avowed no empathy to my situation. I told them my car was getting very hot. They said my car wasn't priority and they were all working from home and couldn't get a hold of anyone. 9:00 am finally spoke with a supervisor who stated that I can call a private locksmith and be reimbursed. I told her I wish someone would have told me this sooner. Finally, at 10:00 my car was opened by the private company. AAA is a negligent company. I have been with them. Since 1996 and my mother 1975 and never had some terrible service. Thank goodness I wasn't stuck in the road. I can't believe that the employees have no concern or care. If my car has later issues I will be sending the bill to AAA.
