Yes I had a false transaction done on my account and it wasn't of mine or anyone else's doing only of Simples mess up money was taken out of my account by a false merchant without my permission or use of my debit card it was refunded back to my account but my debit card was cancelled because of the transaction. I have waited over a month for a replacement card and I still on December 4th 2020 have not received any replacement card. I really don't know what kind of banking institution Simple is running but I shouldn't have to suffer and do without my money in your bank that I have no other way to access only by a debit card and waiting well over a month without anyway to access my account and having to do without things I really need and to date December 4th 2020 I still don't have a replacement debit card sounds like fraud and theft to me I will be in touch with the FDIC to file a complaint and a report against Simple on Monday December 7th 2020 to seek action against Simple to retrieve my account balance and to close my account with Simple. I will not wait any longer for my card it's been long enough.
