We purchased approximately $9k in firniture for our new home, dining room and bedroom sets. Our first delivery was in April of 2020. The table we received had a tilted top. The barstools were the wrong ones and a light had a bad globe. Not long after we started having problems with the bed rails falling off whenever we got in bed. We have a sleep number bed so the bed never touched the bed itself. We've had multiple times we've been told we were getting our furniture and it never seems to come I. Or come in correctly. We still do not have a table. Our stools came in strong three times a f the bed still falls apart....then the seats on our dining chairs started losing support! Absolutely everything is junk. We asked them to take it back. They refuse. Ryan, the supervisor at the Joplin store told us he'd give us a discount over two months ago and it's never one through. I called corporate last month and was told we'd get a call back but we never did. I just want my money back and to dump this junk off somewhere and start over! We ended up putting the bedroom suit in our sons room who will visit about twice a year because we hate the bed so much. So after spending all this money I still have to go out and buy another bedroom suit. I'll never buy anything from Ashley furniture again!
