Original Comment Your store in South Chicago is the worst. I've never seen such poor service and management in all my many years of dealing with you. I was ready to deal for a cymbal and had a trade in. The salesman on hand called to the manager to unlock the cymbal vault to no avail. I waited a full 20 minutes but finally had to leave. It doesn't surprise me at all that your company is in bankruptcy. That's wear you belong!
