Original Comment Citibank lost my safe deposit box. Not only were the contents missing, the box was missing. It was opened in the presence of the bank manager. Instead of attempting to help me they denied liability. I sued them in Florida and they are using every legal tactic to not help a long standing and large customer. Don't get it. Paying attorney fees and losing a customer when negligence is clear.
