Original Comment I received a coupon in the mail for a free "new" chicken sandwich from Bo Jangles. I stopped by the drive-thru at the restaurant on Market St in Ogden (suburb of Wilmington, NC). The order was taken swiftly and pleasantly. When I got to the window, I had to wait 17 minutes. When I got home and opened the box, my eyes started to water. The bun was hard, the chicken inside was almost nothing but very highly seasoned breading. After scraping off most of the breading, the tiny piece of chicken looked like wet cardboard, and tasted awful. There was supposed to be a couple of large pickles on the sandwich, but there was only one very very thin outer circle of a pickle. My cat loves Bo Jangles chicken, but when I put a small piece of the "chicken" in his food bowl, he tried to cover it up. The new sandwich is absolutely horrible.
