Original Comment I went to Red Lobster in Brandon Fl on Christmas Eve. Only 4 tables were in use. I was so disappointed with the customer service from the manager that we cancelled our order and went to another restaurant. I will have to say that the waitress tried her best but I did not feel it was up to her to take money from her own pocket to try and make it up to us. I have never had a manager not work with someone because they were out of 2 different items. I will never go back maybe that is why there was only 4 tables in use while Olive Garden had a restaurant full of people.
