Original Comment I ordered curbside pickup in Nanuet New York and my mom was picking it up. A young lady came out and took her name and never came back out. My mom waited 40 minutes and then I called the restaurant and then they informed me that they were not bringing the food out anymore because they were too busy. How in the heck were people that were waiting outside suppose to know that they had to go in. No email or text was sent to inform anyone about the change. That is the whole point of curbside checkout so no one has to go I. During covid. This was horrible business, communication and service. Very disappointed in this branch. I order all the time from here but I'm not sure I will be returning
