Original Comment As an employee of bojangles for about 1 year now . I am completely disappointed at how the store is running now . The chicken cook dropped chicken on the floor and still continue to flour and dropped the chicken and the unit director still let the chicken be sold knowing it had been on the floor . I feel like I'm working in a hostile environment and it's starting to get outrages. I don't think no one in HR will do anything about it because the supervisor definitely doesn't . We have a shift leader who does anything but be a manager she yells at the employee and customers and stay in the biscuit area when we seem to get very busy . The water bugs are starting to become more frequent in the store .
