Original Comment My wife and I had the one of the worst experience we've ever had dealing with a car rental. After returning a car to the Airport in Ft. Myers, I realized that I left my watch in the vehicle! I call Alamo about 25 times to no avail. I drove back to the airport Alamo shortly after an spoke to several employees about my watch be left in the vehicle. The branch manager Courtney was the most rude and obnoxious manager I have ever had the misfortune to speak with! She never greeted me & never apologized at any time during the brief encounter. She simply made the situation worse by not trying to found out who last cleaned the vehicle before it went out. She is extremely intolerant and has little to no service skills when it comes to dealing with a crisis. She simply compounds the issue by being rude and indifferent. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding my watch which was taken out of the vehicle by someone there.
