Original Comment This is totally ridiculous. I ordered my sons house warming gift l and love seat I ordered it early July 2020 It was to be delivered sept. Then moved to oct then couch came in nov. I every month they said the love seat will be delivered. Now they say March! Each time they set a date my son has to make arrangements for someone to be at the house. Then they cancel. I called the customer support line they told me I had to speak to another department they gave me a number which did not reach me to that department. Three or four times they agree to give a $300 discount but when I did the math it came up to $134 discount what a Con. ! There customer support is terrible. I am reporting them to the bbb. In addition I believe I will contact others I can find in similar situations and secure an attorney. Cam we say class action law suit ? I got emails but you can not respond to them. Maybe this foram will get me a response. The couches will not match now because one I had been used 4 months longer than the other. Ashley furniture is the worst. I have half a mind to go to the stores and share my experience with others shopping.
