Original Comment I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again.... and will advise family and friends the same. I purchased a shelving unit from the Lake Grove, NY store ... upon delivery it looked different than shat I thought in the showroom.... it was priced in the store at $529 with a 20% discount...with delivery ($80) and tax the total was $547... later that day I went online to check the item delivered... it was what we ordered... but the regular price online was $349 on sale for $279! I went to the store to seek an adjustment... the manager of the store curtly told us that no adjustment will be issued and that the store is independent from online??! The manager told us that was Ashley policy and nothing could be done!! To add insult to injury... there was no delivery charge online! The manager and Ashley customer service leave much to be desired!! Raymore/Flanagan here I come!!
