Original Comment May 2020 I bought a Kenmore Freezer from K Mart of Annap.MD. Around Feb 1st the freezer stopped freezing. We had a service come to our house who told us he could not fix the problem and we would be receiving a new freezer. We waited a week and we heard nothing. After several calls over a 9 day period I was informed our serve was processed wrong and our freezer was placed on the wrong warranty. I have been with Sears for over 15 yrs. Tried to call the Corp office couldn't get through. Going to buy a new freezer. If I have to I will go to 7 on my side to get this resolved. Tired now but will start all over again. I can't give up
