Original Comment March 2, 2021 my friends battery died let it be said that she has an ostomy bag and is 80 years old she called for AAA at 9:40 in the morning she called me around 1040 and I thought at that time I would be taking her home while the AAA gentleman did not arrive yet so we waited till around 1130 called AAA and found out the request for assistance was sent out by the gentleman that she had called at AAA but it didn't go through so the young lady that we now had online sent a request in by this time it was 1230 she had been waiting three hours the repair man finally came at around 1:45 my friend had to pay an $80 towing fee I am asked that she is to be reimbursed her $80 her claim number for the AAA is 319992 everyone a AAA and the gentleman who did tow her car we're all very kind I hope you can help my friend out in anyway possible I thank you
