Original Comment This bank owns branches all over the country and does not care about their customers. I've had trouble for years, talk to managers and nothing changes. I have lived at the same address for 30 years and had am account in the same bank for 30 years, have an excellent credit rating, and this last weekend was denied an auto loan!!!!! Was on the phone for n hour and they have no explanation!!! Stay away from these folks!!!!
