I placed an order of my food and selected delivery at Red lobster on 53rd Pulaski. I ordered the family feast that came out to $62 and a schedule delivery of 3:29pm. I contacted red lobster back at 3:55pm to confirm that my order was picked up. I spoke with manager Amber and she said that my order was not picked up yet. I said I will reach out to door dash and see what the problem was. I then called and spoke with Manager Amber about getting my food prepared over, since the food will be cold, due to the wait for door dash. Amber also kept telling me that they have nothing to do with door dash, then I said, "but it's on your website, I placed the order online with red lobster. She kept saying that she knows that, but they don't have anything to do with them and I need to contact red lobster corporate office. I was in complete shock, because I trusted red lobster website for ordering my food order. Now my kids (age 10, age 7) will have to be hungry because I was robbed of my money and food from red lobster and door dash. I just wanted my food to feed my family for dinner and now I don't have any food or money because I have to wait 14 days to receive my refund! She didn't want to help me out with this situation to make the customer happy. She continued to say that she understands but the tone of her voice shows that she didn't care!
