I have been a customer since 2015. At the time i added service i had no choice with adding a landline in the bundle. 2 years later i cancelled it when the option was added. I have been charged for a landline for 4 years and was told my account could not be credited. Is that how you treat loyal customers, and to add during a time when money is tight for EVERYONE? I also asked what TDS was doing for families that needed to keep their internet because children were all doing school at home, but a parent may have lost their job? and the answer was NOTHING... and you wonder why you lose customers. Word of mouth is the best company killer. I hope this reaches the corporate office. I am disappointed and disgusted.
