Original Comment I can't reach them cause its Easter. They ruined my holiday. I'm a new insurance holder and went through several agents to get assistance cause 1 of their agents wad unable to assist me with online paperwork. Now I called Friday asking about them removing funds they frauds me just to get me signed up. Horrible experience im opting out and no exceptions getting full refund they used me just to sign me up and not do their end they claim funds would be removed on the 3rd never happened. No wonder you get a discount for them to fraud you and uninsure you illegally after accepting 1st payment. They are a joke. My mom was going to switch to AAA cause I recommended her now she changed her mind she don't want the hassle.
