I googled singer to try to reach someone who CARES at their corporate office, and found this site with all the complaints! <br /> I ordered a machine and when it arrived the box was damaged and parts were missing. it's been 2 weeks and I still do not have the parts. <br /> I tried leaving a bad review on their page, and I got an email saying it did not meet their website guidelines, and was removed. <br /> I'm on a mission now to be heard.
