Original Comment Hello, I have had a netspend acct for almost 20yrs. Recently I had attempts of fraudulent charges to my acct. (4/10/20)They froze my online access. Contacted customer service they stated they needed document to verify my ID. I emailed them pics of documents. Then by Monday (4/12/20) called customer service they stated that all my accts were closed ( I had 3) and they are sending me a chk for balances and I cannot open a new acct. My SSI payments and unemployment funds were going into the visa premiere acct. Im partially disabled cannot get about that good. I asked to speak with someone who has the authority to remedy this situation and was told i cannot talk to anyone cause they cannot reverse the decision.I live in Ny where we are considered a Hotspot for from the covid virus. I would appreciate your assistance in th matterdecision. Thank you
