Original Comment My husband and I went to Nashville in February for our anniversary and unfortunately got stranded there due to all that nasty ice and snow around Valentine's Day. After our flight was cancelled, we ended up at Comfort Inn (2521 Elm Hill Pike) near the airport in Nashville, TN.<br /> <br /> Were were stressed as we had a child at home awaiting our arrival, and our flights continually were getting cancelled. We ended up staying 2, almost 3 (rented a car and drove home) additional nights at the Comfort Inn and can't tell you how awesome the Manager, Chuck, was at that location. He did everything he could to make sure we had what we needed and helped in anyway he could. I wanted to make sure that I took the time to let corporate Comfort Inn know what a great asset you have at that location with Chuck being the Manager. I apologize for not having his last name but it shouldn't be hard to find out. I hope he is still with your hotel and I hope you reward him in some way for being great at his job!!<br /> <br /> With the world the way it is today, it's important to share the things about people when they truly make a difference!
