Original Comment Technician came to fix air-conditioning. Said I needed compressor and refrigerant would cost $90 per unit. I will pay $80 and need 6 units. This is highway robbery because in our area it is not that high. Anne, who identified herself as Supervisor of Chuck said she would check on price. You would think she did, NO. I think I should have been told this upfront because last year I paid $160 but they have no record. This is very frustrating because at my age of 74ys and suffering because of hot house. I am thinking about moving to motel since my daughters live in California and Maryland. You would think company would call and give you update when part suppose to arrive, NO! I have been a member for more than 10yrs and this is the way I am treated.
