Original Comment I recently went to IHOP location Galveston Court in Manassas, VA. I understand that it is mothers day and had to wait a little while. When we were seated we placed our order and it was approximately 1130. In the booth next to us there was a child climbing and kicking the back of the chair, I asked for a manager and asked the manager could he address the family and ask if the child could sit down, he stated that this is a family restaurant and he couldn't do that and asked would we like to change seats. We obliged and was seated elsewhere. A new waitress came and stated I will be taking care of you. After that we sat and waited an additional hour waiting for our food. We had orderedober an hour ago. In the meantime those that were seated after us has received their food and left. We asked for A manager again and he stated its coming out now. Although very apologetic it still doesnotcompensate for the now almost empty restaurant and how long we had to wait to eat. I was no longer hungry at that point.
