Original Comment We chose your store in Palm Coast Fla where we live because of the large selection of wide and extra wide shoes. He broke his hip in March and this would be the first pair of walking shoes he wanted to purchase. While the employees were very nice and accommodating we found it difficult to try on the shoes due to the fact that there was only one shoe horn which was no longer than 3-4 inches. it seemed to be the only one they had in the store. He, like others who have had a hip replacement was unable to bend over far enough to use the shoe horn. We were given one at the rehab but didn't realize we should have taken it. It is a long one that doesn't require bending to use. We did find a pair that fit, he likes and is wearing but for future sales you might consider getting a shoe horn that is specifically for the elderly and disabled. It might boost your sales. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
