Original Comment I had the scariest experience with AAA. Have never had a bad one before this. My car broke down so we called a tow, getting to my home was more than my limit so I said I'd pay the difference. Our tow truck driver kept falling asleep at the wheel, his eyes shut and he started drooling at the mouth. I spoke to a man named Brandon, who I was told was a supervisor, if I could get a new tow ordered, I didn't mind if I had to pay for it, and explained that the driver was not in the right state of mind to be driving, and they didn't care. They said I could file a police report, but did not seem to care that their driver was not okay. Not only our safety but the drivers safety was at risk. Keep in mind the driver told us (what we thought was a joke) that we were gonna have to help him stay awake as he was called in AFTER his shift. Truck number #15.
