I am very disappointed with your company. I have been an Express credit card holder since 2013. I went to use my card on Saturday, May 15th and my card was declined several times in the store. I called to find out my card had been shut off. Apparently,I hadn't used it within the last year. We have been in the middle of a pandemic. It's ridiculous your company is shutting of client's cards during this time. Things are finally opening back up and people are getting back out to shop. For the life of me, can't understand the reasoning behind this.
