Original Comment For the restaurants down south- you have people working for you that have been there for 11 years walking back and forth to work everyday in all kinds of weather Even stayed all through the covid pandemic Getting cussed out from customers and being scared of getting the virus but had to keep their job. Never has been told they are Appreciate in any way. Hardly even a raise While other companies are giving thier employees good raises and even during the pandemic gave them xtra money. Now people being hired in makin the same or close to the same as someone that stayed faithful to your company gets treated like crap? Company is in Georgia <br /> And they are losing employees all the time because of how the management treats them If this restaurant continues on this path I'm sure it's headed for a lawsuit Truly sad to treat long time employees that stayed to helped your company through a crisis like a dog
